Dr Donald Angus established this Medical Practice in 1978.
Special interests include: Family Health, Mental Health, Surgical Assisting and Sports Medicine.

APPOINTMENTS
Please ring 8443 4613 during office hours for an appointment. Our friendly reception staff Denise, Liz, Joanne (who also speaks fluent Italian), Julianne and Jenny (who speaks fluent Greek) are all available to take bookings and help in any way.
Remember, if you need more time with the Doctor please advise them when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.
AFTER HOURS
If you become ill at night or on the weekend,please ring our Emergency Locum Service on 137425 and a Doctor will visit you at home. In an emergency telephone 000 for an ambulance.

Your Medical Record is a confidential document and is used only for your care. It is the policy of this Practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

TELEPHONE CALLS
You can contact Dr Angus or our Nurse by telephoning during surgery hours. Calls will be put through as soon as possible.
RESULTS
Please telephone the Surgery after 3.30pm Monday – Friday for any of your Pathology results when either Dr.Angus or Nurse Bev. will be available to discuss them with you.
FEES
The fee for a standard consultation is $60.00 and is payable at the time of consultation. Payment is by Cash, Cheque or EFTPOS.
Pensioners, Veterans Affairs cardholders, Health Care cardholders and all children under 16 will be bulk-billed.
RECALLS and REMINDERS
This Practice has a recall system in place for routine follow-up of diabetes, asthma, pap smears and vaccinations etc. and letters will be sent to you when your follow up appointments are due.
PRACTICE NEWS: The Government funded Flu vaccine program is now underway. Please phone early for an appointment to minimise your chance of
catching the Flu virus. Also a reminder that we have free Shingles immunisations available for any patient over the age of 70.
PLEASE NOTE: Some referred services may incur some out of pocket expenses. e.g: Specialists, Pathologists and Radiologists. Please check with these providers when making your appointment.
